Individual Classes
Class Description
For people who would like to move through class with personalized instructions for their individualized fitness and health goals. Learn about movements that you are able to include in you day in a process and timeframe that works well for you. Individual classes are able to be booked in-person or online, at a studio, and outside. Feel free to message me to learn more about individual class options!
Time: 1/2 hour (30 minutes) to 1 + 1/2 hour (90 minutes)
Location: At a studio, outside, in-person or online
What to Bring: Mat, towel or blanket (Something to place on your mat), blocks, bolster, water and other refreshments, snacks
Note: Pillows, blankets, and extra towels may be great to have but are optional!
Themes: Individualized goals for your health focuses and for your various activities, such as running, soccer, and surf nβ ! ; System health, such as the respiratory (lungs + breathing), muscular (muscles + movement), and cardiovascular (heart + nutrients) ; mobility, flexibility, and strength for your fitness and health goals.
Value: Pricing depends on the timeframe of class and amount of booked classes

Whether online at home, outside, or at a travel destination, these classes will include movement and rest options for your health. Move with benefits to your strength, flexibility, and mobility in tandem with your own health goals and with other people. Wherever you are, feel free to join class!
