This space shares information on health that I have found beneficial to myself at various times and that I think may be beneficial to you as well.

Depending on what you are up to, you are welcome to peruse learns on health and movement through snackable reads, actual movement and spaces of rest through online classes, and current events and updates through an every so often newsletter. These may be applicable to what’s going on in your life and what you are exploring in your work, social groups, and personal happenings . . . or not, either way this space is for you to choose what you’d like to learn

more of by taking class or exploring a read. With the various options out there for movement classes, health information, and what is the “correct” way to apply learns to your life, I think it is important for people to learn about what works for their lifestyle and to decide on the combination or mix of choices whether diet, movement, or what you read online to become a part of a person’s life. So, with that in mind, this space is for you to explore and choose what combination of choices work for you. Perhaps, the directions you choose to move into your life, whether those spaces of rest and movement with yourself, the people around you, and those you have yet to learn from, grow with, and see, will color your life as you learn more, choose what feels right for you, and learn about others and their mix of choices along the way.
