What’s Up?

 
 

This space is for you to learn about information on health, whether through snackable reads that you can explore or through classes that will engage and relax the various systems of your body.

Movement and rest work well together to energize and relax the body and mind, after, during or before, a day at work, time traveling to different cities, and moments of daily and celebratory occasion. While we move between activity and rest, the body’s systems are also active, say during a team meeting or a spritely jog. The cardiovascular system beats bringing nutrients to our body and the respiratory system oscillates, exchanging air with our environment.

The body’s ability to share how it is doing to the mind and the mind’s ability to tell the body what is going on translates to different mental states, physical engagement and emotional understanding through a ready or relaxed nervous system. Different movements and a space to relax can communicate to the body and mind that rest and beneficial activation is welcome, and with that, renewed physical and mental energy for your day, events, and goals.

With the mix of content readily available to consume from technology systems and media, classes at school and online, and ways to meet people globally and locally, I think learning about ways we can connect and find relationship to our lifestyles and the ways we are able to choose and digest information is kind of important . . . From jazzy ramen to an almond cake, we get to choose, learn, and discover what flavors we gravitate towards and what fuels our interests, goals, and collaborations.

So, this space is for you to discover what works for you, what combinations of movement may contribute to a relaxed and engaged body-mind, and create some good times throughout your day as well. There are a range of classes to hop into, various reads on health-related topics, and ways to stay in the loop about updates and other happenings.

To the variety of ways we are able to move and rest, the content we choose to consume, the people we get to meet and learn with, to the goals we connect to and move towards through our decisions, and the relationships we encounter with others in our space and the space around us! Glad to have you here!

This space is for you to learn about health, whether through classes that will engage and relax the various systems of your body or through snackable learns that you can read.

The human body is so cool with the ways in which impressions mix with how our bodies interact with the world (each other) and how our actions and thoughts relate to our mental states. (think: example)

With a mix of ways to move our bodies (examples?) and in movement, engage systems, like the cardiovascular, (link to previous sentence) where jogging (sprint, walk, power walk, run, jog) contributes to . . . and with different ways to rest with the body recuperating or flushing the body with xyz and with these contributing to a well-functioning body, mind, and life . . . (option to choose?), so cool. (and the spaces in between, shorter, longer, and rhythm up and down (own beat like a heart). (and how these even interact with each other as well). (breath?) respiratory

From the range of content available to consume, from tech, classes, ways to meet people around the world and locally, I think learning about the ways in which we can connect to our lives and the ways in which we are able to find our choices, learn, and grow is extremely important (discover, doesn’t have to be the perfect or right choice, can decide say you tried liked it or tried and didn’t like it and move between those spaces, living) (throw in the senses, such as eating thai or sushi; drinking a jazzed up latte or a fusion ramen here; choosing a beach run or a neighborhood stroll; scenic route home or the express way; chocolate cookie ice cream or coconut cake?). So, this space is for you to explore and choose what you would like to learn more about, if you decide to, from various classes and ways to move, rest, and meet others, and reads on various health topics, such as the circadian cycles, and updates every so often with new reads and classes, there are a mix of ways to interact and find what works for you as you move through your life and find moments of rest in your space as well. Glad to have you here. (it’s a choice - stay awhile, take your time, see you regularly = really feel free to move and read and explore in a way that feels right for you) (Have fun too! :))
