This space is for you to learn about information on health, whether through snackable learns that you can read or through classes that will engage and relax the various systems of your body.
The mindβs influence over our bodies is pretty strong and with that, the way our bodies interact with the world is in relationship to its mental state and even, mental lessons and tools.
Pretty cool, I think, that what we bring into the body is also how the body and mind are nourished and fed. In this ever-changing world, we are taking in information, processing the world around us, and choosing where to grow our relationships to ourselves, our family, friends, and passerby.
So much of the world is dependent on what we decide and what we take in, from the content we consume, the people we spend time with, and those few or many goals, visions, and aspirations that we connect with and move towards through our decisions, the relationships we create with others, and how we engage with our world, the world around us, and our space. The air we breath, may it nourish us as we move into our lives and discover along the way.
